SH16 is SAKIA new deveopled as liquid cooled explosion proof CCTV
camera housing for high temperature working area, such as furnace, steel processing line, glass plant
ect. The Camera housing is made of dual layer of stainless steel 304 material and IP68
watherproof rated, special for hazardous area with explosive gas, oil, chemicals and powders.
SH16 Features
Explosion proof, dual layer design
SH16 is designed as double explosion proof camera housing, the
inner space can be connected
with circulated running water to keep camera cooling. The explosion
proof CCTV Camera can
apply for hazardous area, like gas zone 1, gas zone 2, dust zone
21, and dust zone 22.
IP68 rated, liquid cooled type
SH16 explosion proof camera housing is IP68 rated, and its housing
material can be made of
dual layer stainless steel 304 material, which allow cooled liquid
to circulate within housing.
Therefore the housing will offer a cooling working space for camera
operation. The housing
prevents any inside sparks or explosions from escaping and igniting
vapors, gases, dust for
fibers in the surrouding air.
Optional Power source input
SH16 power source kit is optional can be AC85-265V or AC24V. Its
power kit can also be
upgraded as filter power kit, which has good performance of surge
protection.
Hazardous area application
Explosion proof camera housing is suitable for industry aggressive
area with high temperature, such as furnace, oven, steel factory,
power factory, glass process line.
